A product or a specific size is (temporarily) out of stock and cannot be ordered if this product/ size is not presented in the webshop or is not clickable. Enter your email address, and you'll automatically be notified when the product or size is restocked.

tracking="" order<="" span="">

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a PostNL email containing your Tracking Number. Click on it to follow and view your order status.

cancel="" order<="" span="">

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders, as all orders are automatically processed in our system. After receiving your order, you can return it by following our return procedure.

discount="" code<="" span="">

If you have a discount code, you can enter it while placing your order. After the discount deduction, the outstanding amount should be paid with one of our payment methods.

Payment options

All payments are handled by our partner Mollie, payment service provider. Once your payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We offer the following payment methods.

With iDeal, you can easily and securely pay for your online purchases via your bank’s payment application. The following banks provide an iDEAL application: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, KNAB, Rabobank, Regiobank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot.

You can enter your credit card details safely through our secure SSL procedure. Together with your credit card issuer, we ensure correct and flawless processing. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa. As soon as the issuer has approved your payment, we will ship your order.

It is possible to enjoy the pay-after-delivery payment option provided by Klarna. Please note, for this option; we charge you EUR 1.50 transaction fee. As soon as your HER can be you package is shipped, you will receive an email with your Klarna digital invoice. You have 14 days to pay for your order. You can find your payment details on the digital invoice. In 'My Klarna,' you have a complete overview of the invoice and payment.

If you return the entire HER can be you order, your Klarna invoice will be cancelled, including transaction costs. If you partially return your order, you will receive an amended invoice after processing your return. You can also manually transfer the required amount to Klarna before you receive your amended invoice.

You can pay for your order with a gift card, or HER can be you voucher.

Her can be you customers enjoy free shipping for all orders within the Netherlands. The customer must pay all overseas shipping fees.

If you're not at home at the time of delivery, a PostNL courier will leave a note in your mailbox. No note in your mailbox? You can track your package with the earlier provided Tracking Number.

You can have your order delivered at home or a PostNL pick-up point. Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address after your order has been placed.

order="" not="" delivered="" wrong="" incomplete<="" span="">

If you order multiple products, we may ship your order in a few packages. We will inform you timely and clearly if this is the case. You will be able to track your packages and view the delivery status with the Tracking Number provided by PostNL.

order="" cannot="" be="" delivered<="" span="">

With the greatest care, we continuously monitor our online stock. However, unfortunately, in rare cases, the ordered product may be no longer available. If the product is not in stock, we will inform you within five working days. We will refund you the purchase amount within 14 days, or if the order was placed with Klarna, your Klarna invoice will be cancelled.
