You can return a product without stating your reasons for return within 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order. The product should be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging with the original hangtag.
Please register your return by sending an email to email@example.com. Enter your name, order number/invoice number, product(s) and any reason for return.
Use our return label provided with your original order to ship your return. Alternatively, the return can be sent at the customer's expense to:

During the first two weeks from receiving your order, you can return HER can be you products. The customer must pay fees for the shipping costs for the returns.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Returns are only accepted within our return period of 14 days.
- The items should be returned unworn and/or unwashed.
- The items should be free of food and makeup stains, body and cigarette odors.
- The items should not be altered or redesigned. If the item is faulty, no attempts to rectify the defect should be made.
- The original hangtag should be attached to the item.
- If reasonably possible, the item should be returned in the original packaging.
- The customer bears the return shipping risk. Therefore, we strongly recommend processing your returning with the suggested carrier and using the provided return label.
- Insufficient or unstamped returns are not accepted.
- Please inform us about a faulty product and/or delivery errors within 14 days after your order delivery. When possible, please attach a detailed description of the issue and several photos (a close-up and a full-size image of the faulty/ damaged product).
- If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the product and charge you for the shipping costs.
- Gift cards and/or vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

- Scan the QR code on the enclosed return form.
- Select the items you want to return.
- Pack the items you wish to return with the return in the original packaging and stick the enclosed prepaid shipping return label on the bag/box.
- Drop off your return shipment at a PostNL point, keep the shipment proof, or have your package picked up at your home.
- When your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will receive a refund of your initial purchase amount on your account within 14 days. If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, your Klarna invoice will be amended or cancelled.
Is a product's zipper broken? Has your order not arrived? Whatever complaint you have, please inform us as soon as possible. You can contact our customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will assess your complaint and try to resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction. We will reply to your email within a few working days. If we require more time for the assessment, we will timely inform you about this.
